This beautiful photo was taken on an impromptu trip to take sunrise photos in East County San Diego - Pine Valley. I was surprised to find lots of snow east of Alpine, California. The sun was rising right behind this water fall and windmill creating these beautiful colors. This is one of my favorites-- and captures the rarity that there snowy days in San Diego County.
